Delivery

We like to keep things simple so:

Delivery will cost £3.95 for any purchases up to £75. At that point delivery will be free. We only deliver to the UK and we only accept credit/debit cards. We don’t accept PayPal or any other form of payment. We will only deliver to the address of the card holder.

Our web shop is managed for us by Dream Fulfilment Ltd and it is their name you will see on your credit card statement.

We endeavour to pack and send your orders as quickly as possible - hopefully same day if we receive the order early enough or next business day. Sometimes (rarely) we have to wait for stock. If we do we’ll try to email you to say so. However, sometimes things go wrong so if you haven’t received your order within a week please let us know. You should also be aware that once we’ve despatched the order it’s out of our hands and the carrier may have their own delays - espacially around Christmas.

You will be required to provide a signature when the goods arrive. No claim for non-delivery will be accepted if a signature has been obtained. If you aren’t in then it is the usual practice for the carrier to suggest alternative delivery arrangements which may involve you in collecting the package. If the goods are returned to us because of non-delivery we will take them back and charge you 25% of the goods value as a re-stocking fee and any p&p levied. The balance of your payment will be returned to you after an 8 week period has elapsed. This helps us prevent fraudulent transactions. There are no exceptions.

A lot of our goods are artisan produced, which means that they often have slight imperfections. Also, because our French Soaps are comparatively soft they may get marked in transit. We don’t refund unless there is damage that makes the product unusable. If you think you have received goods that are too badly damaged to be used please email us with a telephone number so that we can advise you how you may return them. We will arrange replacements as fast as we can.

For health and safety reasons we cannot refund goods which have been removed from their wrappers.
